The 43 Lauter Lofts were converted in 2003 and offer a true urban warehouse experience with exposed brick, duct-work, wood beam ceilings and concrete floors. Many of the units have a one car detached garage other homes just have assigned surface lot spaces. Many of the units also have a balcony.
